Aarazi is a marketplace that connects home seekers with agents and landlords. We provide search tools and communication channels; we are not a party to any transaction between you and an agent, landlord or seller.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Agents must hold valid licenses where required and may only list properties they have permission to advertise.
• We may suspend accounts that post fraudulent listings, spam or abusive content.

Listings

Listing information is supplied by agents and owners. While we review listings before they go live, we cannot guarantee accuracy of price, availability or condition — always verify details during your viewing and through official records.

Fair housing

We support equal housing opportunity. Listings and communications must not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, family status or any protected class.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarazi is not liable for indirect damages arising from listings or interactions arranged through the platform.
