When you create an account we store your name, email address and (optionally) phone number. If you save favorites or searches, we store those preferences linked to your account. When you contact an agent, your message and contact details are shared with that agent so they can reply.

How we use it

• To operate the service: search, saved homes, alerts and messaging.
• To send you emails you asked for — inquiry confirmations, tour reminders and weekly digest alerts for saved searches.
• To improve search quality with aggregated, anonymous usage statistics.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
• We do not share your contact details with anyone except the agent you chose to contact.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, favorites and saved searches within 30 days.
